From 1964 to 1967, I studied law at Columbia University in New York, where I earned my Juris Doctor degree. During my time there, I made the Dean’s List and served as an assistant to Professor Albert Rosenthal, a respected scholar in constitutional and administrative law. My experience at Columbia provided a strong legal foundation and furthered my interest in civil rights and public service.
