Baltimore Bicentennial 1997

The Baltimore Bicentennial in 1997 was a remarkable occasion for our city. Serving as co-chair alongside Tom Kosh was a privilege, and together, we orchestrated a year-long series of events to commemorate Baltimore's 200th anniversary. Under the leadership of Mayor Kurt Schmoke, we celebrated our city's rich history and cultural diversity through various activities and initiatives. It was a time of reflection on our past achievements and a vision for our future as a vibrant and resilient community.
