Kweisi Mfume

I met Kweisi Mfume in 1971 when my client, Radio Station WEBB (owned by singer James Brown), hired him as an on-air disc jockey. Kweisi later left WEBB to help create WEAA, Morgan State University's radio station. When he began his political career, I had the opportunity to design his first campaign poster. After some time in politics, Kweisi served as the national president of the NAACP. I am very proud of my friend Congressman Kweisi Mfume, who also serves as Chairman of the Board of Regents of Morgan State University. We share the bond of being 33rd degree Masons and archons of Sigma Pi Phi fraternity.
